The Import Specialist Will Manage all documents and information flows related to shipments and payment process with foreign suppliers and banks. What you´ll doPreparation pre-acceptance Check and validation of documents ( pre-acceptance - documentary collection- free transfer)Ensure all international payments triggered on time as per local regulations with P to PManage bank performance and reporting related to international paymentsCoordinate with finance department to optimize bank fees and treasury related to importationsOptimise and manage the upstream and downstream flow of documents Pilot global custom clearance dashboard including performance delay, cost and returnsFollow budget demurrages and analyse monthly deviation and performanceTransit follow up Delivery trackingFollow up reception of the goods at plants What makes you a good fitBachelor's/ Master's degree in international Trade or equivalentKnowledge in Transit, Customs and ImportationsBanking process KnowledgeExcellent Mastery of Excel, SAP would be highly a plusOrganized with strong communication skills in both French and English
