Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily factory operations to meet production schedules, product quality, and yield targets.Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety, Quality, and HSE standards.Supervise and support production supervisors, technicians, and operators to achieve operational excellence.Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), LIP (Loss in Production), and other key performance metrics.Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, waste reduction, process optimization).Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure uninterrupted production.Control manpower allocation, overtime, and shift planning to optimize efficiency and cost.Ensure adherence to SOPs, CCPs, and other critical process controls.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation following deviations or incidents.Support the Head of Manufacturing in achieving budgetary and operational goals for the site.Prepare regular reports on production performance, resource utilization, and process deviations.Foster a safety-first culture by conducting regular toolbox talks and safety audits.Identify training needs and coach subordinates to enhance skills and performance.Key InterfacesInternal: Quality Assurance, Engineering/Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, HR, FinanceExternal:** Equipment suppliers, contractors, auditors, and regulatory bodiesEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).Minimum 8–10 years of experience in dairy or FMCG manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Proven experience in implementing ISO/HACCP systems and continuous improvement projects.Key CompetenciesLeadership & People DevelopmentProduction Planning & ControlQuality and Food Safety OrientationCost ManagementProblem Solving & Decision MakingAnalytical ThinkingTeamwork & CommunicationInitiative and AccountabilityPerformance Indicators (KPIs)Production output vs. targetOEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)Product yield and quality complianceSafety performance (LTI / near-miss rate)Waste reduction and efficiency improvementsCost control (labor, material, utilities)Employee engagement and training completion
