Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria. currently seeking an experienced  Public relations & Events Manager  to join our team.Main MissionThe Public Relations & Events Manager is responsible for strengthening the institutional image of Baladna, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, and organizing strategic events that highlight the company’s projects, achievements, and commitments. The role involves close coordination with media, key partners, and government entities, while supporting the visibility of the Chairman.Key Responsibilities1. Public Relations – Institutional & MediaBuild and maintain strategic relationships with media, institutions, and partners.Prepare and distribute official communications and press materials.Monitor media coverage and analyze Baladna’s reputation.Support the Chairman during official events and institutional meetings.2. Government Relations & LiaisonServe as a focal point for communication with ministries, authorities, and public institutions.Manage administrative coordination and ensure compliance with official requirements.Prepare documents and official files for government entities.Organize and support high‑level official meetings involving the Chairman.3. Corporate Events ManagementPlan and coordinate corporate and institutional events.Manage budgets, logistics, suppliers, and protocols.Produce detailed post‑event reporting.4. Institutional CommunicationProduce corporate communication materials.Ensure consistency of Baladna’s institutional image.Draft speeches, messages, and corporate content.5. Protocol & Crisis CommunicationEnsure protocol compliance during official events.Prepare communication elements during crises.Coordinate aligned and rapid institutional communication.6. ReportingProvide regular reports to the Chairman regarding PR, media visibility, and government relations.Recommend strategic improvements.Required SkillsStrong experience in public relations and institutional communication.Experience in government liaison.Excellent writing and communication skills.Event management expertise.Professional presentation and diplomacy.ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or similar.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Fluency in English, French, and Academic Arabic is mandatory, across reading, writing, and speaking.
