As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.Job SummaryThe Turnover Package Specialist I is responsible for managing the turnover process between Installation and Commissioning on site and internal hand over of systems and subsystems from Installation to commissioning.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the turnover process (TOP) between Installation and Commissioning on site and internal hand over of systems and subsystems from Installation to commissioning.Review complete TOP documentation and make updates or corrections according to the commissioning needs on site.Implement a TOP progress control tool and updates this on a weekly base.Review the schedule of the system TOPs together with the TFAs and the site planner for completenessVerify the correct completion of all punch items with construction, subcontractors, vendor, licensor quality and commissioning group.Ensure each TOP has the necessary quality documentation from Installation and is complete and prepare the TOP certificates and ensure all parties have signed after the turnover.Follow-up closure of the remaining punch items with the Installation team leaders.Report TOP related progress and compliance issues to the Commissioning Manager and Site Manager.Provide feedback any lessons learned of TOP process and report to back office.Act as a communication interface between Installation and Commissioning regarding TOP issuesAbility and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignmentsTravel may be requiredMay be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in Installation and Commissioning or related industriesExtensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required.Able to connect and communicate across all level of site personnel and internal colleagues/stakeholders.Fluent and proficient in both spoken and written EnglishDesired Characteristics:Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent critical thinking ability.Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders through to successful completion within time constraintsAbility to work under pressure and within tight deadlinesAbility to implement procedures and monitor complianceStrong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent critical thinking abilityAdditional languagesFieldCore is an equal employment opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by lawFieldCore is an equal employment opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law
