Job Summary:Responsible for managing a specific section (package or zone) of a construction project, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality compliance. Coordinates with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily activities in the assigned package/zone. Manage resources, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Supervise subcontractors and resolve on-site issues. Report progress and risks to senior management. Support HSE initiatives and IMS compliance. Requirements:Experience: 8+ years in construction, 5+ years in a similar role;  Skills: Strong knowledge of civil works, project planning (MS Project/Primavera), ERP (preferably SAP), and HSE systems. Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
