Job Summary:Leads the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems on projects, ensuring high technical standards, compliance, and innovation. Provides expert guidance to teams and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective electrical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and review electrical system design, calculations, and specifications. Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design to commissioning. Conduct system analyses (load, voltage drop, short circuit, etc.) to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to align on project goals. Troubleshoot issues during construction and commissioning phases. Oversee site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices. Support HSE initiatives and ensure compliance with company IMS policies. Requirements:Experience: 8+ years in electrical engineering, with 5+ years in a similar technical role. Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. ERP: SAP knowledge preferred. Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
