Job Summary:We’re looking for two highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Engineers to join our team in Algiers, Algeria, and support our clients across North Africa in the procurement of industrial spare parts (Pièces de Rechange – PDR). You will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery to meet client needs throughout the region.Key Responsibilities:Analyze client requests and technical specifications for various spare parts (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, etc.)Source qualified suppliers locally and internationally based on quality, availability, and pricingRequest, evaluate, and compare quotations to ensure best value procurementPrepare technical and commercial proposals for internal and external useCoordinate with suppliers to manage lead times, shipping, and documentationMaintain and update supplier and product databasesEnsure compliance with company sourcing and documentation proceduresLiaise closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflowFollow market trends and supplier performance to propose sourcing optimizations Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical fieldNo prior experience is required. However, 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or industrial sales is a plusStrong understanding of industrial equipment and componentsComfortable reading technical drawings, datasheets, and catalogsProficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP toolsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFluent in French and EnglishStrong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
