Main responsabilities Select, manage, and develop a high performing team and implement high caliber individual sales and career development plans for all team members. Provide in house and on the job training to sales representatives. Effectively coach and develop Technical and management skills of supervisors. Monitor, analyze and take accountability for KPIs improvements based on the company objectives and following strategic orientations. Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly Sales and distribution targets. Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback to Sales reps and Supervisors. Outline and deliver performance improvement plans and year end performance reviews to Sales Reps Work individually and closely with JTI’s Sub Distributors to ensure their alignments with JTI’ overall strategies and their adherence to its targets. Meet regularly with Sales & Distribution manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team based on the preset KPIs. Consolidate and share daily reports with management to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement that affect individual, team and company’s performance Candidate profile Education & Experience University degree and a minimum four to five years sales experience in FMCG with demonstrated success as a strong performer.
