  • ALTAPROC is a dynamic procurement and sourcing company specialized in industrial spare parts and equipment. We support businesses across North Africa by streamlining their procurement processesensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. With a strong supplier network and deep market knowledge, we act as a reliable bridge between international suppliers and regional end users.
  • We’re looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineers to join our team in Algiers, Algeria, and support our clients across North Africa.
Missions :
  • Analyze client requests and technical specifications for various spare parts (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, etc.)
  • Source qualified suppliers locally and internationally based on quality, availability, and pricing
  • Request, evaluate, and compare quotations to ensure best value procurement
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for internal and external use
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times, shipping, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company sourcing and documentation procedures
  • Follow market trends and supplier performance to propose sourcing optimizations 
Profil :
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • No prior experience is required. However, 02 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or industrial sales is a plus
  • Comfortable reading technical drawings, datasheets, and catalogs
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate in French and English
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
