Main Purpose of the Role: Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers for manufacturing parts essential for milk production. Focus on cost optimization, supplier reliability, and compliance with FMCG standards.Key Responsibilities:Launch, develop & manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and tender processes in compliance with internal procurement policies & achieve the best value for the companyCoordinate with related Business Units to establish and consolidate all procurement requirements and confirm technical/commercial specifications. Analyze offers, evaluate suppliers, and contribute to supplier selection based on price, quality, and lead time.Ensure full adherence to procurement procedures, internal controls , food safety and regulatory standards throughout the process.Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using SAP.Follow up on order delivery, manage discrepancies, and ensure smooth reception of goods/services.Collect and verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate payment processing in collaboration with the finance department.Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows and SAP utilization.Implement and actively enforce compliance to work processes to ensure the health and safety of employees and the protection of the environment. Required Qualifications & Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English & FrenchBachelor’s degree in engineering (Electric, Mechanic, Supply Chain) Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing. FMCG is ++Strong knowledge of local and international procurement laws and procedure Proven experience in SAP (MM module preferred): creating PRs, POs, and tracking deliveries.Strong negotiation and analytical skills, Detail-oriented, cost-focused, and compliance-driven.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Strong communication and supplier relationship skills.Location Job:Adrar
