Description
I. Job ResponsibilitiesAct as the owner of training operations and implementation, managing all phases of training delivery for local customers in Algeria.Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, including communication with customers, alignment with internal training teams, and trainer scheduling to ensure smooth execution.Ensure high-quality training delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of the trainees’ learning experience.Manage procurement of local training materials (e.g., tea break supplies, notebooks, pens, USB drives) in coordination with suppliers.Understand and follow the responsibilities and evaluation standards of technical trainers.Implement and manage training processes to ensure efficiency and quality of delivery operations.Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a positive learning experience.Provide operational support to customers and contribute to achieving overall training and business objectives.II. Job RequirementsLanguage RequirementsNative French and ArabicFluent in EnglishEducational BackgroundBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Marketing, Project Management, Human Resources, or related fieldsSkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong communication and coordination skillsGood teamwork and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work with different levels of internal and external stakeholdersKnowledgeBasic understanding of communication network solutionsKnowledge of learning principles and capability developmentUnderstanding of project management and process developmentAbility to design and manage training delivery solutionsExperienceApproximately 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry or project management (preferred)Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and a proactive learning attitude are encouraged to applyOther RequirementsProactive and results-oriented mindsetAbility to work under pressureStrong sense of responsibility, achievement, and purpose
