We help build more inclusive and intelligent technologies by gathering real-world human insights.Job Description: We are seeking motivated freelancers and students to participate in various AI training projects. This is a highly flexible, remote position where you contribute to the development of speech recognition and text-processing models.Main Missions: * Audio Surveys: Participate in short, recorded phone calls (approx. 35 mins) to improve AI speech models.Data Quality: Ensure all contributions follow specific project guidelines.Required Profile: * Status: Current student or active freelancer.Languages: Native fluency in Arabic (Algerian) and intermediate proficiency in English.Tools: Access to a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.What We Offer: * Total Flexibility: Work from home and choose your own hours.Task-Based Pay: Competitive compensation per task completed ($3 for the initial audio survey).Career Growth: Top-performing contributors will be prioritized for long-term Agent or Caller roles within the company.
