Description:We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team in Algeria. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in managing financial operations and leading teams. This role is perfect for a proactive professional holding at least a Baccalaureate degree, ready to take on a managerial position on a fixed-term contract or mission basis.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.Lead the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records and statements.Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.Coordinate with auditors and prepare for financial audits.Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments.Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.Exigences:Minimum of 6 years and up to 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.Baccalaureate degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or related fields.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles in Algeria.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Effective communication skills in English and preferably French or Arabic.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Avantages:Competitive salary package tailored to experience and qualifications.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company in Algeria.Professional development and training opportunities.Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.Fixed-term contract or mission offering flexibility and career growth potential.Chance to lead and influence the financial direction of the company.
