Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Algeria. The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, demonstrating strong expertise and a proven track record in managing complex financial operations. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for a motivated and detail-oriented professional holding at least a Baccalaureate degree.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with local regulations and company policies.Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist in tax filings and related documentation.Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and forecasting activities.Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team performance and professional development.Exigences:Baccalaureate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.6 to 10 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a senior capacity.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws applicable in Algeria.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills in English and/or French.High level of integrity and attention to detail.Avantages:Competitive salary package aligned with experience and qualifications.Supportive and dynamic work environment fostering professional development.Access to training programs and workshops to enhance your skills.Opportunity to work with a reputable company in the finance sector in Algeria.Health insurance and other employee benefits as per company policy.
