We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team in the HVAC Busines field, with a strong focus on solution sales, tender management, and government sales.Job DescriptionCoordinate solution design with the Sales Team, Product Team, and solution providers to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with customer requirements.Demonstrate the ability to meet client objectives by conducting Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, product demonstrations, and deep-dives on product features and service offerings.Participate in business events such as trade shows, channel recruitment activities, and partner training programs.Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of LG’s IT B2B products and service offerings.Manage and coordinate the full tender process, including tender monitoring, document preparation, compliance review, bid submission, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.Identify and develop business opportunities in the government and public sector, ensuring strong engagement with public institutions and key decision-makers.Support the sales team in preparing commercial and technical proposals for public tenders and strategic B2B projects.Ensure all tender and government sales activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Build and sustain productive long-term relationships with customers, partners, and public sector entities.Qualifications RequirementsLanguage and EducationGood level of English is essential.Bachelor’s degree (Licence) or Master’s degree in a technical field, IT, Engineering, or other related discipline.Professional ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, B2B solution business, tender management, or government/public sector sales.Previous experience in handling public tenders and working with government institutions is highly preferred.Professional SkillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven analytical, planning, and organizational skills.Strong understanding of tender documentation, proposal preparation, and bid coordination.Ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships.
