UCC Algeria is on the hunt for a qualified Process Manager, feel free to reach out, we are happy to receive your application Job SummaryThe Process Manager ensures that all operational and project processes are designed, implemented, monitored, and continuously improved in line with best industry practices and organizational standards. The role is responsible for delivering projects and operational activities efficiently, within the defined timelines, and at a quality level that meets or exceeds client and stakeholder expectations by implementing internationally recognized process management frameworks and quality systems.Job Responsibilities 1Manage and oversee all organizational processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Develop, implement, and maintain process documentation including SOPs, workflows, process maps, policies, procedures, and operational manuals.Monitor process performance through KPIs and performance dashboards to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance.Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Ensure all process-related documents are properly controlled, updated, and that obsolete versions are removed from circulation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of approved procedures and standards.Prepare and submit process performance reports to senior management highlighting improvements, risks, and opportunities.Monitor and update management on process performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain comprehensive records of audits, performance reviews, corrective actions, and improvement plans.Ensure accurate documentation of operational data, reports, and compliance records.Lead risk assessments related to operational processes and implement mitigation measures.Support digital transformation initiatives, including ERP and process automation systems.Conduct process readiness reviews prior to launching new projects or operational phases.Support implementation of HSE initiatives and ensure operational processes align with company safety and IMS policies.Lead post-project/process review meetings to capture lessons learned and implement best practices.Job Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of process management frameworks and quality systems such as ISO 9001 and related international standards.In-depth understanding of business process mapping, documentation control, and audit management.Ability to analyze complex workflows and implement effective improvement strategies.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work proactively in a deadline-oriented environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and process management tools.Experience with ERP systems; SAP functional knowledge is highly preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Job ExperienceMinimum 6/8 years of total working experience.At least 5 years of relevant experience in process management, quality management, or operational excellence roles.EducationBachelor’s degree in engineering, process engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
