Job Offer: Chief of StaffWe are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team. The role will include, among other responsibilities:Monitoring orders and managing invoicingOrganizing business travel and logisticsPreparing reports and activity summariesManaging administrative and financial documents related to transactions (contracts, invoices, etc.)Managing client relations: commercial follow-up, handling incidents (exchanges, returns, credit notes), and follow-ups for payment collectionCollecting the necessary information for payroll preparation (worked hours, absences, leave, bonuses, etc.)Overseeing the administrative management of business activitiesHandling basic accounting tasksImproving administrative procedures and internal processesManaging the administrative aspects of contractsParticipation in the recruitment processWorking hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWorking days: Sunday to ThursdayLocation: Dely Brahim, AlgiersSalary: Based on the candidate’s profile and experienceIf you are interested, please send your CV or contact us directly
