Description
Responsibilities :
- Managing and maintaining airworthiness documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.- Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure timely compliance with scheduled maintenance tasks.- Conducting audits and inspections to verify adherence to airworthiness standards and procedures.- Collaborating with regulatory authorities and managers to facilitate approvals and certifications.- Implementing and monitoring safety management systems to enhance operational safety and efficiency.
In addition to managing airworthiness documentation and regulatory compliance, you will also be responsible for overseeing the spare parts store which include:
- Coordinating the operation of our spare parts store, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely availability of critical components.- Monitoring stock levels and procurement activities to support aircraft maintenance requirements and minimize downtime.- Implementing inventory control measures to optimize spare parts usage and reduce costs.- Collaborating with maintenance teams to forecast spare parts needs based on scheduled maintenance activities and fleet requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in aviation maintenance, airworthiness management, or quality assurance.- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and standards (Algerian CAA and EASA).- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in relevant softwares and tools for documentation, data management, and inventory control.
