Key Account Manager – Multi SegmentsLocationAlgeriaExperience6–10 yearsCompanySchneider ElectricJob PurposeThe Key Account Manager – Multi Segments is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts across multiple market segments. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with Schneider Electric’s business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of key accounts across different segments (e.g. Energy, Industry, Infrastructure, Buildings).Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial negotiations.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, supply chain) to deliver tailored solutions.Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with Schneider Electric standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.6 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, preferably in energy management, electrical, or industrial solutions.Proven experience managing complex accounts across multiple segments.Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.Fluent in English and FrenchKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and customer-oriented mindsetStrong communication and influencing skillsResults-driven and proactive approachCross-functional collaborationGood understanding of the Algerian market
