The position plays a key role in delivering a positive, candidate experience and supporting workforce planning needs. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, CV screening assistance, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Maintain recruitment tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Coordinate onboarding logistics and support pre-employment processes. Liaise with hiring managers and HR teams to facilitate staffing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and recruitment procedures. Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, career events, and candidate outreach initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate information. Support continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and candidate experience. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SuccessFactors. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
