Job Summary:Manage and coach a team of medical-pharmaceutical delegates and develop sales in the region.Main Duties:·        Managing a team·        Coaching and developing team members·        Implementing a regional action plan and ensuring its proper execution·        Managing the KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) portfolio and partners·        Optimal resource management and monitoring medical activitiesRequirements:·        Certification: Degree in Medicine, Veterinary Science, Biology, or Pharmacy.·        Experience: 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.·        Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic, French.·        Location Job: Tizi Ouzou Technical Knowledge:·        Managerial skills·        Analytical mindset·        Project management skills and action plan development·        Client portfolio management and ability to build and maintain good professional relationships·        Budget management·        Good public speaking skillsBehavioral Skills:  ·        Initiative·        Adaptability and flexibility, availability, and geographic mobility·        Leadership and sense of responsibility·        Decision-making ability and conflict management
