Job DescriptionPerforming day to day bookkeeping in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principlesSupport to preparing financial statements, including profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and statements of financial positionFinancial analysis to support business decisionsPerforming ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigative issuesAssisting in payroll activities (expense sheets etc.)Performing customer risk and insurance analysis.Performing customer ageing reportsSupport sales pricing activities.Preparing yearly official board closing decisions and general assembly.               Support to producing sales invoices and maintaining accounts receivable Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalentExperience in bookkeeping and preparing financial statementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to analyze and solve problemsAbility to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the companyAbility to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasksAbility to work with intensive deadlinesStrong Microsoft Excel and Word skillsEnglish is an assetBig 4 experience is preferred
