Maintenance Technician – Biosimilars We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support operations within a biosimilar manufacturing facility.The role involves ensuring the optimal functioning, maintenance, and availability of production equipment and pharmaceutical utility systems in a highly regulated GMP environment.The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining compliance, product quality, operational reliability, and safety standards specific to biosimilar production processes.Job RequirementsEducation : BTS or Bachelor’s Degree in: Industrial Maintenance Electromechanics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial AutomationExperience :  3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biosimilar manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Main Competencies :  Mechanical, electrical, and basic instrumentation maintenance skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical and bioprocess utilities (HVAC, Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), clean steam). Understanding of GMP requirements in biologics / biosimilar production. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics. Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Strong troubleshooting and rapid intervention capabilities. High level of responsibility, rigor, and compliance mindset. Team-oriented with strong service and quality focus. Strict adherence to GMP, safety, and biosafety procedures.
