Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria. currently seeking an experienced Finance Modeling Associate  to join our team.Position OverviewThe Finance Modeling Associate is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial models that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, update, and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, scenario models, project economics).Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.Conduct variance analysis and evaluate business performance drivers.Analyze financial statements and operational data to support business cases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather assumptions and validate projections.Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior management.Ensure data accuracy, model robustness, and compliance with internal policies.Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial modeling tools.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling best practices.  Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Competencies Analytical Thinking Business AcumenAttention to DetailCollaboration & Communication  Problem Solving Time Management
