Description
Buhler Group in Algiers, Algeria is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as Area Sales Manager for our Consumer Foods & Chocolate Mass business. This position will be responsible to strengthen the company’s business in the region, ensure the development of our customer base and implementation of business strategyTasksDevise and implement a robust sales strategy targeting the consumer foods segment.Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts across west Africa, ensuring continued allegiance and identifying up-sell opportunities.Proactively seek out and develop relationships with new customers, expanding our market presence and customer base within the territory.Provide industry-leading expertise and insights to clients, effectively demonstrating the advantages and technical specifications of our food processing equipment.Coordinate with interdepartmental teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategy with market trends and customer feedback.Conduct dynamic sales presentations, demonstrating equipment and providing insightful consultations at client meetings and industry-specific events.Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring profitable growth and adherence to the company’s sales and pricing policies.Serve as a liaison between key clients and internal operations to manage and execute sales agreements and deliverables efficiently.Forecast sales outcomes accurately, reporting regularly to senior management on sales pipeline, key account status, and market opportunities.Required QualificationBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Technology, or a relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in capital sales, with specific experience in the bakery and confectionery equipment industry is highly preferred.Good understanding of technical and engineering aspects related to consumer foods production machinery.Fluent communication skill in English, French and Arabic language.Benefits International & successful company with sustainable prospects for the future Wide technically & modern environment with interesting challengesProfessional environment with an open communication cultureExciting Training and Development opportunitiesGreat & dynamic work environment
