Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EHS Quality Engineer to join our team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, safety (EHS), andquality standards throughout the organization. This role plays a key part in driving a culture of safetyand continuous improvement, ensuring that both internal processes and external regulations are met.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations and company qualitystandards.- Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS and quality management systems (QMS).- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify non-conformities and potentialhazards.- Investigate accidents, incidents, and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive correctiveand preventive actions.- Lead safety and quality training initiatives to promote awareness and proper implementation acrossteams.- Monitor and report on EHS and quality KPIs; prepare documentation and reports for internal andregulatory use.- Support certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and coordinate with externalauditors when required.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and HR to foster a strongsafety and quality culture.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a relatedfield.2–5 years of experience in an EHS and/or Quality Engineering role, preferably in an industrial ormanufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and quality standards.Certification in EHS or Quality (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Auditor, Six Sigma) is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
