A leading international manufacturing company is seeking to recruit a Head Of General Services  to support its operations and ensure the effective management of all general and administrative services.Company OverviewOur company is a well-established foreign industrial production organization, operating in a dynamic and structured environment. We place strong emphasis on operational excellence, safety, compliance, and employee well-being, while continuously striving for efficiency and innovation across all our sites.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate outsourced services including security, cleaning, maintenance, staff transportation, and catering, ensuring service quality, safety, and asset protection. Ensure the proper functioning, monitoring, and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of technical installations such as CCTV systems, lighting, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and other facility-related equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards, as well as the implementation and monitoring of prevention and safety plans across company sites. Manage and maintain the company’s movable and immovable assets, including industrial sites, headquarters, warehouses, and guest facilities. Oversee the administrative and financial management of general services, ensuring timely payment of electricity, gas, and telecommunications invoices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing costs, enhancing service quality, and improving working conditions. Profile Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3  minimum) in political science, economics, business law, management Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in general services, facilities management, or administrative management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good knowledge of ERP systemsFluency English is required.
