We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEOJoin a fast-moving leadership team shaping Algeria’s industrial and defense future.About CarpathiaCarpathia is a fast-growing engineering and technology group operating across mechanical engineering, tactical systems, applied technologies, and strategic manufacturing.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing operations, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder relations. The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and travel across multiple time zones.Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for meetings and external engagements.Coordinate with internal departments to track and follow up on strategic priorities.Liaise with government officials, partners, and international stakeholders.Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.5+ years of executive support experience in multinational or high-growth organizations.Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and Arabic strongly preferred.Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage pressure and prioritize effectively.Preferred ProfileStrong professional network across government and industry is a major plus.Background in engineering, defense, or technology environments.Familiarity with Algerian institutional and business ecosystems.Why CarpathiaJoin a mission-driven organization at the forefront of Algeria’s industrial transformation.
