You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and contributing to the growth of international business partnerships.Job Type: Full-TimeShift : 5pm - 2am Algeria timeKey Responsibilities :Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other channels.Initiate conversations with decision-makers and key stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth progression of sales opportunities.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Consistently achieve prospecting and pipeline development targets.Requirements :Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar tools.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Preferred Qualifications :Experience working with international clients or markets.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.Experience in a target-driven sales environment.What We Offer :Opportunity to work in an international business environment.Ongoing training and professional development.Career growth opportunities.
