> **We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets for our IT solutions portfolio.**

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for IT solutions, including software development, IT networks & security, and ERP integrations (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
* Lead and mentor a team of IT sales representatives, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals
* Build and manage strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
* Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions
* Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring optimal contract terms and revenue generation
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT solutions landscape and their applications across various industries
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support in sales initiatives
* Track and report on sales performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of software development, IT networks & security, and ERP integrations (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Data-driven approach to sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and forecasting
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
