SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Planner where you’ll oversee the Matrix Maintenance module, spare parts, technical documentation, and team operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, upholding HSEQ excellence, and optimizing maintenance costs in line with local, regional, and corporate goals
This position will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager and will be based in the Factory Fareha.

Missions :

Responsibilities:

Manage the CMMS and keep the system updated at all times, including the technical documentation.
Manage and control spare parts for an optimal level regarding quantity, cost, and quality.
Conduct analyzes of KPIs and look for improvement areas.
Administrate proactive maintenance tasks in accordance with the manufacturer, local legislation, and Regional and Group requirements.
Plan work orders and fault reports meeting customer demand in accordance with equipment criticality.
Actively work with operations for problem-solving and develop the equipment and concepts to be more efficient.

Competencies for this Position:

Self-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player who makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.
Communicates precisely and in a structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.
Able to troubleshoot production machinery breakdowns by applying technical, logical thinking and implementing root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures.
Able to work on small projects towards Energy Efficiency and to guide the team to develop a sustainable work culture.
Basic knowledge of Fire Protection codes and standards is preferable. Able to respond swiftly to any issues regarding the Fire Protection systems.
Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high-quality results.
