DXN Algeria is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, service centres, product management, and overall office administration. The role reports directly to the Country Manager and plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, compliance, and sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily branch and service centre operations nationwideMonitor sales performance and implement marketing initiativesManage product registration, stock control, and inventory planningLead training and development programs for staff and distributorsEnsure compliance with local regulations and company policiesSupervise financial reporting, expense control, and audit follow-upsCoordinate IT systems, membership management, and website updatesOrganize major sales events and promotional campaignsProfile:Strong leadership and operational management experienceBackground in sales operations, supply chain, or branch managementKnowledge of compliance, financial reporting, and inventory controlExcellent organizational and communication skillsEnglish is requiredIf you are a results-driven leader with strong operational and commercial acumen, we encourage you to apply
