We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of our equipment at our production site in Rahmania, Algiers.In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining technical installations, improving equipment efficiency, and contributing to the company’s operational success.Your Responsibilities:Maintenance & RepairPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.Carry out electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance in line with established procedures.Operations ManagementMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.Ensure timely interventions to minimize equipment downtime.Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.Safety & ComplianceAdhere to safety regulations and internal company procedures.Ensure all equipment meets industry standards and compliance requirements.Assist in technical audits and inspections.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or a related field.Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.Technical SkillsStrong expertise in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and automation.Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Experience with diagnostic tools and preventive maintenance techniques.Personal TraitsAutonomous and detail-oriented with a structured work approach.Quick thinker with the ability to manage urgent situations.Strong team player with a proactive service-oriented mindset.Why Join Us?By joining our team, you’ll become part of a dynamic, growth-oriented company that values innovation, professional development, and collaborative success.
