Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria. currently seeking an experienced  Logistics coordinator  to join our Logistic team.Main Responsibilities :  Coordinate and schedule daily transportation activities (inbound and outbound) Arrange, follow up, and monitor transport operations to ensure timely delivery Communicate with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure operational flow Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and provide daily updates Ensure all transport documentation is accurate and compliant (delivery notes, waybills, permits, etc.) Optimize routes, loading plans, and transport capacity Monitor and resolve transport-related issues such as delays, incidents, or documentation gaps Ensure transport activities comply with company policies and safety requirements Follow up on transporter performance and prepare related KPIs and reports Support cost control activities and identify opportunities for transport optimization Coordinate with warehousing, procurement, customs clearance teams for seamless operations                          Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations Knowledge of transportation regulations . Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of transportation operations and logistics processes Excellent coordination, planning, and time-management skills Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication and negotiation skills with transporters and internal teams Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) /SAP , Strong problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to operational challenges Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility Knowledge of safety, security, and compliance requirements related to transportation Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departmentsJob location : Adrar.
