Description
Responsabilities: Responsible for all aspects of creating, structuring, and maintaining projects in SAP. Own resolution of technical issues in ERP, engaging and working with the DT team.Set children WBS (Work breakdown structure) and sales order for hardware, software and service.Request invoices and credit notes, support Project Manager / Service Manager and disputes resolution.PO requisition for material, external suppliers and manage good receipts when necessary (Services only)Manage exportation invoice process aligned with supply chain. Understand revenue recognition lag rules for recognizing revenue each quarter (Ship Dates Vs Rev Rec Dates) Run project through TECO (Technical Completion of the Order) checklist to make sure there are no outstanding issues (financial and project completion checks)Other Ad Hoc support as requested by The PMO team.
