Jotun Algerie, established in 2011, is one of the key markets within the MEIA region.With a production facility Technover P SPA since 2022 and a rapidly growing team with 1 production facility, 2 warehouses and more than 80 employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Human Resources team in Jotun Algeria is a true business partner and supports organizational development by providing key strategic human resources services to the business.As an Admin & HR Specialist, you will be supporting the HR Manager in anchoring HR concepts and initiatives. You will be responsible for contributing to projects or areas of specialisation by planning and executing assigned tasks and areas of responsibility within HR.This position is part of our MEIA Graduate Program, which is tailor-made for fresh graduates. Through this program, you will accelerate your career through personal development plans, local or international assignments, challenging and exciting tasks, and focused training programs over the course of a year.This position is based in Tizi Ouzou will report to the HR manager.

Mission :
  • Be the first point of contact for advice and input across a wide range of HR areas for the Factory Site.
  • Be the first point of contact for a wide range of Administration areas for the Factory.
  • Supports the HR team on matters related to general HR practices and Administration.Follow procedures, guidelines, and instructions for executing tasks within the specialist area.
  • Contribute to projects to develop or enhance the area(s) of specialization, within the HR & Admin department or across functions.


Profil :
We are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Languages: French, English and Arabic are required (Fluency both verbal and written).
