eTalent is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a:
Service Operations & Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Field & workshop operations :
● Prepare & maintain an operation and workshop planning based on customer contracts / Requirements
● Manage a pool of field service and workshop Technicians
● Coordinate workforce to meet commitments
● Collaborate with P&C to prepare career plan with strong training plan
Sales :
● Ensure implementation of Business Development & Sales strategies and targets
● Develop market and customer intelligence, develops long term relationships with clients
● Proactively seek business opportunities at early stages, coordinate whenever necessary the sales process
● Collaborate actively with the commercial department and review all commercial offers/quotations to be submitted to clients operating in country
● Handle business development efforts for new product development and Franchise packages
QHSES
:
● Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to Company policies and regulations at work sites, coordination onshore and/or offshore technical personnel
● Make sure that the company is always compliant with local rules and regulations in a country
● Manage the local QHSES coordinator with periodic review
Admin:
● Ensures administration tasks are completed in accordance with Company policies and regulations at work sites.
● Ensure customer documentations are delivered with the right quality and on time.
● Manage the local Admin assistant with periodic review
Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
● 5+ years of technical field Service or equivalent technical experience.
● 2+ years of sales experience or strong customer focus
● Good technical knowledge of Surface wellhead & tree.
● PC skills (MSOffice) with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
● Experience with SAP a plus
● Knowledge of API 6A (American Petroleum Institute) ISO (Industrial Standards Organization) 9002 and OHSAS (Environmental Protection Agency) requirements
● Good organizational skills with attention to detail
● Good managerial, interpersonal and customer relations skills
● Good written and oral communication skills
● Proficiency in English is essential
