We are looking for a Pedagogical Team Leader to lead and strengthen the pedagogical activity of our training center. The role involves supervising a small team, overseeing program design, ensuring training quality, and supporting continuous improvement.This position combines leadership, instructional design, and quality management in a dynamic and growing environment.Key Responsibilities1. Team LeadershipLead and supervise a multidisciplinary pedagogical team.Organize workloads, set priorities, and ensure smooth coordination across projects.Support team members’ development and maintain high performance standards.Enhance and optimize internal processes, methods, and templates.2. Pedagogical Design & DevelopmentOversee the creation and updating of training programs, modules, and learning journeys.Ensure all content aligns with adult-learning principles and internal standards.Translate market and client needs into structured learning solutions.3. Quality AssuranceSet pedagogical quality standards and ensure their consistent application.Review and validate training materials, activities, and assessments before delivery.Analyze evaluation results and lead continuous improvement efforts.4. Delivery ReadinessEnsure all training sessions are pedagogically and operationally prepared.Coordinate with internal teams to secure trainers, materials, and session readiness.Guarantee coherence between training objectives, content, and delivery methods.5. Trainer Network Development & ManagementDevelop a clear strategy to expand the trainer network.Identify, recruit, and onboard new trainers and subject-matter experts.Evaluate trainer performance and ensure alignment with pedagogical expectations.Maintain a structured and diversified trainer pool to support organizational growth.6. Innovation & Product DevelopmentIntroduce innovative pedagogical methods, formats, and learning technologies.Develop new products such as seminars, academies, certification pathways, and catalog modules.Conduct pedagogical research and integrate best practices into the training portfolio.7. Cross-functional CollaborationProvide pedagogical insights to the sales team during proposal development.Work closely with operations to ensure smooth program execution and learner satisfaction.Support the marketing team with pedagogical positioning and content when required.Required ProfileDegree in Education Sciences, HR, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning management.Experience supervising or coordinating a team is a strong asset.Strong expertise in pedagogy and instructional design.Excellent communication and analytical abilities.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaborative tools.
