**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and drive UI/UX design projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and goals.
* Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
* Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design assets using tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
* Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
* Minimum five years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and Adobe After Effects (AE).
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
