Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws. Maintain payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and benefits. Calculate salaries, overtime, and other compensations. Ensure timely submission of payroll-related reports to management and relevant authorities. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll issues. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes related to payroll and benefits.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field. Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of Algerian labor laws and payroll regulations. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in English and French.
