Mobility is essential to cover multiple Area.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for promoters and sales staff.Travel to retail outlets and distributors to deliver training (requires own motorcycle or vehicle).Prepare training materials, quizzes, and product awareness sessions.Support underperforming staff with coaching and mentoring.Report training outcomes and staff progress to HR and management.Requirements3–5 years’ experience in training or retail/mobile phone sales.Strong communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of mobile phone technology and retail dynamics.Must own a motorcycle or vehicle for store visits and training delivery.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
