الوصف
Ensures that all practices are in compliance with all SOP’s and procedures.
Provides prompt and accurate support and information to customers on time.
Directs all efforts into increasing customer satisfaction levels at all times
Co-ordinates with customers/agents to ensure that all delivery orders are done accurately and delivery dates are met.
Proactively coordinates with customers & sub-contractors to ensure shipments are moved and delivered on time, effectively monitors and tracks the progress of the shipment, ensure that the customer is updated
Liaises with transporters in order to regularly update our customers on the status of the order.
Handles and manages all client’s complaints and disputes; and highlights for the Management’s review; ensures the claims process is in line and always involve your Direct Manager in case of any claims in time by email, by phone to solve the problem immediately.
DO NOT WAIT
Maintains an accurate shipment status record for review and effective tracking and submit it to customer in time.
Ensure Sales/Purchase invoices accuracy as per agreed tarifs and are issued/validated on time.
Understand the escalation process and involve right parties to get the issue sorted out.
Ensures that department KPI’s (Customer Retention, Growth & Invoicing Accuracy) are met and make sure tracker is prepared in line with KPI requirements
Any other duties/projects as assigned by Operations Branch Manager in order to meet business needs
Experience
With a minimum of 3 to 4 years in logistics
With a minimum of 2-year experience in Customer Service ,  logistics coordination
Skills (review) :
Effective verbal and written communication in business French & English (prefered)
Knowledge of shipment load ability and compatibility with basic information on delivery/handling requirements.
Knowledge of Special Cargo (Telecom Cargo ).
Computer Skills :
Computer literate with competent skills in MS Office, especially MS-Excel
Able to demonstrate :
