Missions du poste
Finalités du poste :
Be the "right hand" person to the CFO
Supervise, check and ensure the Finance department activities
Elaborate and publish internal  management indicators for the company (dashboards,  revenues analysis, budget, projects follow-up, etc.) at center level cost and total Company
Responsabilités du poste :
1.    
Team Management :
§  Define and communicate the strategy and objectives of the Department
§  Delegate responsibilities based on skills and build successful teams
§  Make sure of recruitment of individuals with high caliber
§  Manage the development needs and identify successors
2.    
Ad
viser to internal and/ or external clients :
§  Make sure that his Department will fully meet needs of its customers, meeting deadlines and pre-defined rules (the financial, accounting, fiscal & legal ones)
§  Advise and guide internal and / or external clients in the development of their respective strategy or in the implementation of major changes
§  Develop and maintain a key contact network in its sector (other companies, suppliers, organizations, etc.)
3.     
Policies, process & tools :
§  Develop innovative ideas to the organization with a view to continuous improvement
§  Make sure of the implementation of new strategies and policies
§  Update the existing processes to improve control and performance
4.     
Team work :
§  Collaborate with other team members to achieve the set objectives
§  Share voluntary information, his knowledge and experiences
Profil recherché
Minimum Entry Qualifications :
Bachelor+ 5 in Finance field, Chartered Accountancy, MBA
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge :
§  Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Financial control including at least 5 years in team supervision and 3 years in Telecommunication sector
