Mission :
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research to provide accurate and up-to-date information on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company's operations.
- Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure that they meet legal requirements and protect the company's.
- Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and implement compliance programs.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes, including participating in negotiations, mediations, and litigation as necessary.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures, keeping them aligned with legal requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Legal Support: Provide legal support and advice to various departments within the organization, including HR, finance, and operations.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on legal matters, compliance, and best practices.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
Profil :
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Licensed or qualified lawyer to practice law
- PQE 3~5 years
- Strong knowledge of local state laws and regulations.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent language knowledge mandatory (Arabic, French, English).
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
