With a sales office, warehouse, production factory and a rapidly growing team, we aim tofurther strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs Logistics Specialist you will manage, plan and organize the Logistics activities and tasks to achieve the overall objectives related to profitability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, service and quality.You will be reporting to Warehouse Supervisor.

Mission :
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and optimize transport routes.
  • Handle storage and transportation of in- and /or outbound raw materials and finished goods.
  • Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws, regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, JOS and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system.
  • Executive the shipments from production to the end-user.
  • Track orders using functional systems (e.g. barcodes and tracking software).
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
  • Monitor and report on transportation costs and other relevant KPIs.
  • Ensure shipping documents are properly filed.
  • Organize training sessions for employees (e.g. proper use of machines and handling of hazardous material).
  • Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders rds of vehicles, schedules and completed orders.


Profil :
We are looking for:
  • Economics, Accounting University Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
