Key purpose of the role
Manages the field sales, service, admin, inventories and distribution activities of Surface International Base locations
Takes a leadership role in developing new business (new customers and new product products). Coordinates service operations executed by the Technical Service Personnel
Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to Company policies and regulations at work sites, coordination onshore and/or offshore technical personnel
Make sur that TechnipFMC is always compliant with local rules and regulations in a country Review all commercial offers/quotations to be submitted to clients operating in country Act as a key technical referee in country, provides guidelines to all related functions of Geomarket with Technical Expertise Manager support if needed
Entry Qualifications:

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of technical field Service or equivalent technical experience.
Technical school training with strong mechanical aptitude.
PC skills (MSOffice) with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. • Experience with SAP a plus
Knowledge and soft skills:
Knowledge of API 6A (American Petroleum Institute) ISO (Industrial Standards Organization) 9002 and OHSAS (Environmental Protection Agency) requirements
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Good managerial, interpersonal and customer relations skills
Good written and oral communication skills

Externally: Clients, Suppliers, Local authorities
Direct reports: depending on service base organization (ex: FST, field service coordinator, workshop, support functions). To be referred to last organizational chart by country. Supervises 15+ employees

Manage P&L of country (countries) and related budget. Manage activity forecast, planify resources and budget needs

Spends 60% time in a temperature controlled office environment. Spends 20% of time in shop environment and 20% of time in customer office or field location and may be exposed to possible hazards including high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic.
Travel to international location on regular basis and execute his duties in different countries

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Duties and Responsibilities
Guarantee compliance with QHSES policies and rules within TechnipFMC standards and guidelines meeting requirements with local regulations
Manages and participates where necessary in the sales, service and distribution efforts of the base(s)
Develops and executes equipment forecasts and account strategies.
Promote in country/countries all product lines and identify all relevant opportunities
Maintains knowledge of customers, competition and industry trends within the base(s) territory
Coordinates Field services operations, ensures compliance with established sales and cost budgets and schedules
Maintains monthly reporting's on P&L financials
Guarantee and approve all commercial offers/quotations to be submitted to clients operating in country/countries
Review and approve Field Service Orders.
Maintains existing and develops relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
Visits clients as required to review operations. Promotes Customer Service focused approach to business
Checks that all field procedures are received, accurate, followed and signed-off
Acts as a Technical subject-matter expert or Promotes liaison with the Technical Subject-Matter experts
Handles on-going Human Resource issues for employees at base. Selects, trains and coaches employees. Ensures that all employees have received necessary Trainings and are provided with necessary working tools and equipment. Build training for personnel in adequacy with Business strategy
Manage Resource allocation and utilization for direct and indirect reports
Tracks performance of key financial indicators, local purchasing, backlog status, inventory management and service utilization. Prepares reports to management regarding the above and identifies opportunities for improvement
Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with Field service coordinator (if exists in a country), engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers
Monitors rig down time and develops and implements plans to improve TechnipFMC’s responsiveness
Manages local safety program and conducts frequent safety meetings per the Field Safety Manual
Manages facility maintenance and improvements. Responsible for building leases
Prepares yearly operating budgets and salary plans in coordination with management, finance and HR
Ensures that all organization activities and operations under his/her perimeter are carried out in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations. May also challenge internal policies within continuous improvement process
Participates in and manages the Quality System and Quality Improvement Process.
Ensures facility compliance with Environmental and HSE regulations
Approves expenses within authorized budget
Implements policies and programs as needed. May also challenge and improves those policies
Insure that all log ledger inputs are Invoiced to the Customers
Adherence to GBPMS process
