Main Responsibilities:Perform on-site interventions for maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of reciprocating compressors.Conduct site surveys to assess unit condition and prepare technical evaluations.Carry out material checks, data collection, and review of previous intervention reports.Identify required spare parts and materials for upcoming maintenance activities.Participate in the planning and preparation of outages, ensuring all special requirements are met.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards during field operations.Profile Requirements:Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent technical background.Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with reciprocating compressors, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector.Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and measurement systems.Good command of technical English (reading and report writing).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ability to work effectively on site within a team environment.
