- Minimum of bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent fields
- 5 years of work experience in the accounting department of companies,
- Bank, payment etc. Responsible for company account control processes
- +5 years experience in financial management, budgeting, grant management, and reporting, 5 years of work experience in the accounting department of companies,
- Draw up financial reports and organize financial procedures, documentation and verification of supporting documents.
- Liaise with the Administration and Procurement department, banks and relevant project staff to ensure all expenditures, payments of payrolls and cash disbursements are in line with the organization's financial procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments of staff and vendors.
- Ensure expenditures with respect to the approved budget.
- Ensure that all financial activities and cash flows are in line with legislative and requirements.
- Managing the cash management, budgeting, forecasting, troubleshooting, accounting and financial procedures and donor requirements.
- Pricing, billing, and payment systems.
- Ensure transparent financial procedures when fulfilling objectives of the Companie.
- Ensure all financial documents and files are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Control receipts, invoices and financial documents to justify payments.
- Conduct monthly-yearly accountancy closure, advance closing and bank reconciliation.
- Provide support, information, advice and guidance to other departments as to financial policies, procedures.
- Facilitate preparation of audits.
- Preferably fluent in English, French, Arabic
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs, Google Drive and Google spreadsheets
- Excellent skills in data analysis, reporting and presentation
- Good knowledge of online communications platforms (zoom, teams...)
