Description
Mission :
  •  Minimum of bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent fields
  •  5 years of work experience in the accounting department of companies,
  •  Bank, payment etc. Responsible for company account control processes
  •  +5 years experience in financial management, budgeting, grant management, and reporting, 5 years of work experience in the accounting department of companies,
  •  Draw up financial reports and organize financial procedures, documentation and verification of supporting documents.
  •  Liaise with the Administration and Procurement department, banks and relevant project staff to ensure all expenditures, payments of payrolls and cash disbursements are in line with the organization's financial procedures.
  •  Ensure timely and accurate payments of staff and vendors.
  •  Ensure expenditures with respect to the approved budget.
  •  Ensure that all financial activities and cash flows are in line with legislative and requirements.
  •  Managing the cash management, budgeting, forecasting, troubleshooting, accounting and financial procedures and donor requirements.
  •  Pricing, billing, and payment systems.
  •  Ensure transparent financial procedures when fulfilling objectives of the Companie.
  •  Ensure all financial documents and files are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
  •  Control receipts, invoices and financial documents to justify payments.
  •  Conduct monthly-yearly accountancy closure, advance closing and bank reconciliation.
  •  Provide support, information, advice and guidance to other departments as to financial policies, procedures.
  •  Facilitate preparation of audits.
  •  Preferably fluent in English, French, Arabic
  •  Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs, Google Drive and Google spreadsheets
  •  Excellent skills in data analysis, reporting and presentation
  •  Good knowledge of online communications platforms (zoom, teams...)
