Mission :
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing relationships with local partners, coordinators and trainers.
- Compile existing training material to offer a variety of activities for participants.
- Provide training and mentoring for trainers as they lead economic and social integration activities.
- Monitor assigned project implementation and ensure project progress toward required goals.
- Coordinate with local partners as they implement field activities with direct beneficiaries.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with organization and implementation of training workshops and events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Profil :
Required Qualifications:
- ;Demonstrated understanding of youth programming in Algeria.
- ;Demonstrated ability to make connections with stakeholders.
- ;Experience leading youth-centered training and mentorship programs.
- ;Familiarity with challenges facing migrant populations in Algeria.
- ;Ability to travel frequently within Algeria.
- ;English, Arabic and/or French language proficiency.
- ;Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- ;Proficiency using social networking for project activities.
- ;Information technology skills, especially in data collection and management.
- ;Facility with managing social media for effective project implementation.
- ;Experience with monitoring and evaluation.
