Description
Mission :
The duties and responsibilities of the contractor shall include, but not be limited to, the Following
  • Maintenance of personnel records: constitution, document verification, updating and archiving Day,
  • Annual leave management
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual HR review
  • Payment requests preparation: CNAS,MIP ,PCR MIP, Bailiff, etc.
  • Responsible for archiving files
  • Manage the reception of guests and new Hires
  • Keeps legal records
  • Onboarding Process/Offboarding process
  • Labor office relation (job posting ,Candidates interview appointment, Government authorization document)
  • Social security (Sick leave ,work accident, maternity, retirement, child allowance, Chifa Card)
  • Medical check follow up
  • HR ops (letters, annual leave ,Mission document, contract...)
  • Pres-Payroll & Attendances management
  • Tax contributions submission
  • Local training plan (Training plan establishment, assessment document, DFP Tax )


Profil :
  • Experience 3-5 years
  • Bachelor degree
  • Good communication skills: Arabic, French and English
Results oriented
  • Strong interpersonal/communicative skills.
